A small group of friends and I went bowling. I realized that a year ago (to the day), I was bowling with my fellow english teachers in Kitakyushu, Japan. Small world. Small timeline.

After bowling, Clayton drove us to a Japanese restaurant with an amazing beach view. Stan and Nobby were in the car up ahead. When we got there we treated ourselves to some sushi, yakitori and an essential helping of good beer to complete the package.

I turned 26. I was happy to be with my friends, happy to be relaxing.
